Who is Limerr built for?

How long does the setup process take?
Our goal is to get you up and running with zero operational downtime. Most enterprise clients are fully onboarded, migrated, and trained within 14–21 days, depending on the complexity of your existing system.
Do you provide on-site training?
Yes. We offer a hybrid approach: an intuitive digital academy for ongoing learning, paired with personalized implementation sessions led by our F&B experts to ensure your team is 100% comfortable.
Does Limerr work with my existing POS and Accounting software?
Limerr is "platform-agnostic." We have native integrations with major POS systems (e.g., Oracle Micros, Toast, Clover) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks). If you use a custom system, our Open API allows for seamless data flow.
What happens if my internet goes down?
Limerr features "Offline-First" technology. Your POS and KDS continue to operate locally, capturing every transaction and order. The moment your connection restores, all data syncs automatically to the cloud.
How does the AI know what to suggest?
Limerr's AI analyzes historical sales patterns, seasonal trends, external variables (like weather or local events), and your specific recipe costs. It learns from your data, meaning it gets smarter and more accurate the longer you use it.
Will the AI make decisions without my approval?
Never. Limerr acts as your "Executive Co-Pilot." The AI identifies anomalies, predicts shortages, and suggests price adjustments, but you always have the final "One-Click Approval" before any order is sent or menu change is pushed.
Is my restaurant's data secure?
Your data is your property. Limerr uses enterprise-grade encryption (SOC2 compliant) to protect your recipes, financial records, and guest data. We do not sell your data; we protect it.
What kind of support do I get after I sign up?
